I recently represented the sale of 513 85th St S—an investment property sold completely as-is for $35,000. Because demand is so high across our area, we ended up with multiple offers right out of the gate.
What makes this deal so interesting is the potential: top renovated comps on that exact street are going for up to $222,000. This comparable is bigger but it tells us the market is good and the one I just sold should sell for $180,000 to $200,000 if done right!
